How to Access Level 2 NDIS Support Coordination
Level 2 Support Coordination is funded under the Capacity Building budget in your NDIS plan. To access this service your NDIS plan must include funding for Support Coordination. If you are unsure whether your plan includes this funding, speak with your LAC, support planner or contact our team directly and we will help you understand your options.
Montsun works with participants who are self managed or plan managed. Once funding is confirmed our experienced support coordinators will work with you to establish a service agreement and begin delivering support as quickly as possible. If your current NDIC plan does not include Support Coordination funding, we can assist you in preparing the necessary documentation to request this support at your next plan review.
