- NDIS Consultancy & Report Writing (Private — fees apply)
All services are delivered in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct. Service delivery is subject to a formal service agreement between Montsun and the participant or their representative.
5. NDIS Funding & Eligibility
Our services are available to NDIS participants who are:
- Plan Managed — where a plan manager pays service providers on behalf of the participant
- Self Managed — where the participant or their nominee manages their own NDIS funding
Engagement of our services is subject to:
- Availability of appropriate funding within the participant’s current NDIS plan
- Completion and approval of a service agreement prior to commencement
- Participant or guardian consent where applicable
6. Referrals & Enquiries
Referrals and enquiries submitted through our website are:
- Treated as expressions of interest only and do not constitute a formal service agreement
- Subject to availability, funding confirmation, and eligibility assessment
- Handled confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
We aim to respond to all referrals and enquiries within 1 business day. However, response times may vary depending on the complexity of the referral or enquiry.
7. Private Services & Fees
Our NDIS Consultancy & Report Writing services are offered on a private fee-for-service basis and are not funded through NDIS plans. Fees for private services will be communicated clearly prior to engagement. Payment terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement.
